Mediterranean Private Chef
Olive oil, lemon, herbs and seafood — Mediterranean cuisine at its best, at your table.
Good olive oil, fresh vegetables, fish of the day and plenty of legumes — Mediterranean cooking is light, colorful and made for sharing. Our chefs lay out a table of meze and dips, roasted vegetables, freshly cooked fish or seafood and dishes built on quinoa or fresh pasta, sourcing ingredients from the local market and adapting the menu to your preferences or dietary needs. Ideal for summer dinners on the terrace, relaxed gatherings, or when you want something healthy without losing flavor. The chef brings the shopping, cooks, and leaves the kitchen as they found it.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mediterranean cuisine a good fit for vegetarians or lighter eating?
Absolutely — it's one of the most flexible. Vegetables, legumes, olive oil and whole grains are already at its core, so the chef can easily put together a full vegetarian or light menu without sacrificing flavor. Just tell them at booking if you want less oil, gluten-free, or vegan options, and they'll adapt the menu accordingly.
Where does the chef source the fish and vegetables?
Most chefs shop fresh the same or previous day from the local market or fishmonger, which is why the menu leans on what's in season and available. Ingredient cost is included in the price you see; if you want a specific fish or premium seafood, ask the chef before you book.
What does a Mediterranean menu include?
The chef designs a multi-course menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine — appetizer, salad, main, side, dessert. You can request adjustments for allergies or dietary preferences.
Can I combine cuisines in one menu?
Yes. Many of our chefs specialise in multiple cuisines and can put together fusion menus. Discuss it with the chef before booking.
How many guests can one chef serve?
Most chefs accept 4 guests and up. For larger events (15+) some chefs bring an assistant. Check each chef's minimum guest count on their profile.
What if I have allergies or special diets?
On the booking form you note allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.) and dietary preferences (vegan, sugar-free, etc.). The chef adapts the menu accordingly.
Are all chefs professionals?
Yes. Every chef goes through our team review — experience, references, food safety. We do not approve everyone who applies.
