Sushi, dim sum, ramen, pad thai and miso — modern Asian fusion by chefs with international experience.
From freshly cut sushi and sashimi to Thai curries, ramen, Chinese dumplings and high-flame wok dishes — Asian cuisine at home is aroma, texture and a little show in front of your guests. Each chef has their own specialty (Japanese, Thai, Indian or pan-Asian), handles the shopping from fishmongers and Asian groceries, and adjusts the spice level for everyone at the table. Perfect for a dinner for two, a sushi night with friends or an impressive feast — you just enjoy, while the chef cooks and cleans up.

Frequently asked questions
Does the chef bring fresh sushi-grade fish and make the rolls in front of us?
Yes — chefs who do sushi source fish suitable for raw consumption from trusted suppliers and often slice and roll it on the spot, like a small omakase. Note in your booking how many guests eat raw fish and any allergies, so the chef gets the quantities right and can also suggest warm dishes for anyone who prefers not to eat raw.
Can the spice level be adjusted, and are there vegan or gluten-free options?
Absolutely. Spice intensity is set dish by dish, so you can ask for mild for kids and bolder for those who want it. Many Asian dishes go vegan easily with tofu or vegetables, and for gluten-free the chef uses tamari instead of soy sauce. Just flag your needs in the booking and the menu is shaped around them.
What does a Asian menu include?
The chef designs a multi-course menu inspired by Asian cuisine — appetizer, salad, main, side, dessert. You can request adjustments for allergies or dietary preferences.
Can I combine cuisines in one menu?
Yes. Many of our chefs specialise in multiple cuisines and can put together fusion menus. Discuss it with the chef before booking.
How many guests can one chef serve?
Most chefs accept 4 guests and up. For larger events (15+) some chefs bring an assistant. Check each chef's minimum guest count on their profile.
What if I have allergies or special diets?
On the booking form you note allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.) and dietary preferences (vegan, sugar-free, etc.). The chef adapts the menu accordingly.
Are all chefs professionals?
Yes. Every chef goes through our team review — experience, references, food safety. We do not approve everyone who applies.
