The chef brings the ingredients, cooks in front of you and cleans up after; you just enjoy.

Can the chef make the whole meal vegetarian or vegan?

Easily. Middle Eastern food is one of the most plant-friendly cuisines out there: hummus, falafel, moutabal, tabbouleh, olive-oil beans and grilled vegetables stand on their own as a full table. Just note in your booking whether you want fully vegan or a mix with meat, and the chef adapts the menu and the shopping list to match.

Can they source the special spices and tahini here?

Yes. Sumac, za'atar, baharat, cumin and good tahini are available in Greece now, and our chefs know where to find them. Where needed, they bring their own blends or make sauces on the spot, like toum (garlic) and harissa. Tell them if you want it spicier or milder — they tune the heat to your taste.

What does a Middle Eastern menu include?

The chef designs a multi-course menu inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine — appetizer, salad, main, side, dessert. You can request adjustments for allergies or dietary preferences.

Can I combine cuisines in one menu?

Yes. Many of our chefs specialise in multiple cuisines and can put together fusion menus. Discuss it with the chef before booking.

How many guests can one chef serve?

Most chefs accept 4 guests and up. For larger events (15+) some chefs bring an assistant. Check each chef's minimum guest count on their profile.

What if I have allergies or special diets?

On the booking form you note allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.) and dietary preferences (vegan, sugar-free, etc.). The chef adapts the menu accordingly.

Are all chefs professionals?

Yes. Every chef goes through our team review — experience, references, food safety. We do not approve everyone who applies.
