I was born and raised in Mexico City. I moved to the southeast of the country. There, I began learning about traditional Mayan cuisine, and it was there that I discovered my culinary passion. After completing my culinary studies, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and began exploring different parts of Mexico. This allowed me to learn from the best restaurants and chefs and discover unique and typical dishes from each region. My adventurous and bold spirit drove me to continue learning and constantly refine my culinary skills. Today, I infuse every dish with all the experiences I've gained throughout my culinary journey, sharing my passion for gastronomy and my country.My journey has taken me all over Mexico and abroad, working in Canada, Dubai, and now another opportunity in Europe
