I am a professional chef, I studied at a cooking school in Rhodes. I worked for 13 years in restaurants and hotels in Rhodes and Zakynthos. 4 years ago and now I work as a private chef, as I have all the knowledge about the traditional and local ingredients of my island! My own farm, my own organic garden, I grow everything (vegetables-herbs-fruit) My own vineyard and also my own olives. I make the best wine and olive oil.
